Hi @Michael Owen , thank you for your feedback!

I'd like to understand your suggestion a little better, so our team can consider it. Are you thinking specifically of multiple-option types of fields, or others too? Can you please give some examples? Thank you.

correct. multi-option fields such as a label. if a contact, org, or deal is currently labeled, it's not possible to add an additional label without removing the current label. this becomes an issue when trying to add values to existing data.

Hello @Inês Batata is there any movement on this ? can you confirm these simple features be added ?

    1. the ability to use the gmail smtp and
    2. select more than 100 recipients with the bulk mail feature

I would like to upgrade our plan but without these simple functions it's not worth the additional cost.

    Please let me know.

    Hi @Michael Owen !

You can use your Gmail SMTP credentials for email sync, just follow these steps.

I'm going to have to check with the team about using the additional option in bulk-editing and the bulk email for over 100 recipients and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

@Michael Owen I've heard back from the team and unfortunately these are currently not in our plans.

this is disappointing but thanks for letting me know Ines.

can you confirm if the speed of bulk email delivery improved at all ?

this is why I was asking if it's possible to use the gmail smtp.

again, it' not worth the upgrade if it takes over 30 mins to send 100 emails. the stmp pipedrive was using was incredibly slow devaluing the function altogether.

Thanks @Michael Owen Inês and myself will do our best to highlight your suggestions to our team. However, right now as Inês mentioned there are no concrete short term plans to make these improvements.

Unfortunately with many customers and requests and with limited development resources we need to prioritise and make choices what to deliver first. We will make sure however they will consider your suggestions but we can never make any promises although we wished we could.

Just wanted to add this to the feature request list and found this posting (which is not very surprising :-) ) And I also created a sceenshot. Our customers do have several usecases where this would be very usefull.

In this case our customer wants to track who he invites (and has invited) for events. Now his wants to set a filter like "show me all invites for Summer 2020" and ADD a value like "Autumn 2020" in order to send invitations to the same people. Make sense?

Hi @Bernd Auer I couldn't agree more. So far this hasn't been prioritised by our team unfortunately 😢 I'm going to make some noice and hope we can move up priority

Really agree with @Bernd Auer , this would be a nice and useful feature to have, appending tags with a bulk action  is very common in my organization and right now we can do it only through csv import which is not that quick as this right is limited to our admin user.

    Hi,

I am very sorry to hear that, because that feature could be extremely useful to upgrade with one click tons of contacts, instead of exporting a file excel, manually add all the new tag markers to the old ones and re-import this file into pipedrive. We have exactly the same needs as Bernard's client.

This feature could save a HUGE amount of time for marketing and sales team, to be used for business instead of bureaucreacy. Thanks for pushing it into priorities.
