Automation Flow to update existing deals
Hi There
I'm trying to set-up an automation, where once a new deal is added to a contact, that contacts previous deals are automatically updated to 'won'.
Example is we have 3 types of deals, Trial user (Not won), Subscribed user (won), Document order (won). Either a trial or subscribed user can order a document. Most users start as a trial user before upgrading to subscribed user.
Currently we end up with a Deal for a trial user and then another deal for a subscribed user but the trial user deal remains open. How can we set up an automation so that if a user has a subscribed user deal added to thier contact their previous trial user deal automatically updates as won.

You can't do this using Pipedrive automation. You will have to use Make/Integromat or Zapier to do this.
