Sending survey through Campaign

If I buy into an integration like Survey Monkey, will I be able to format a campaign with the survey questions embedded, or will contacts have to click on a link to Survey Monkey?

    Hi @Catherine-JI , in that example, the contacts have to click a link in the campaign email to reach the survey.
