Snooze deals to keep pipeline relevant

It's not uncommon that deals are postponed or need to be revisted at a later stage. It would be GREAT if you can snooze the deal so it's removed from the pipeline and returned at a certain date. Today you end up having a lot of deals in your pipeline even if they are relevant but perhaps in 3 months.

Hi @Aref Abedi , thank you for your feedback!

I have good news and better news for you.

The good news: right now one way to do that could be creating a separate "snoozed" pipeline where you store those deals and assign an activity to them so you remember to get back in touch in X amount of time. You could also do that with deals you mark as lost (and can later reopen), or deals that you store in a dedicate"snoozed" stage of a pipeline that already exists.

The better news: we are currently working on making it possible to convert deals into leads, so expect to hear about this in the future! A great place to stay on top of this is our Research and Beta Testing group, consider joining it to try out early versions of new and improved features we want to launch. 🚀

    Thanks @Inês Batata

Re: the good news: I thought of that but not sure if it's optimal but it is a solution yes. How would you recommend setting up the columns in the Snoozed pipeline?

Re: the better news: That great - also something Im waiting for =)

Either way - I think snoozing deals would be great to have and quite a standard feature other CRM's do offer.

@Aref Abedi I would say put the "snoozed" stage wherever makes the most sense with the way your company works - whatever is the most intuitive.

For example, it could be the very last stage of the pipeline, or the stage between something like "proposal made" and "contract signed". It's really only up to what is the most logical in your day-to-day usage. How can I customize my pipeline stages?

I have also forwarded your "snooze" suggestion internally for consideration. :)
