Loss of feature in emails, view email in inbox

I believe there has been a loss of an important feature in recent updates. When viewing a person's page, all emails with that person are listed. The triangle on the right still can be clicked to see the full conversation, but in that screen, the option to click and see the email in the inbox is no longer available. This was an important feature, since unless I am mistaken, the inbox view is the only place where the email can be linked to the proper deal (this needs to be done if you have several open deals with a same contact, or if the email precedes the creation of the deal).

    Thank you for sharing this with us, the reason why you used that feature is super important to understand as it also brings visibility over particular issues. I've reached out to the team involved in this change to understand why it was removed and if there's a way it can be added again.

    The team informed me that it was removed because it was just not used frequently, however, they have received a lot of feedback about this and they have created an internal task to tackle this and reinstate the feature. I don't have an ETA to offer, but please be assured that the team is looking into bringing this option back.
