Call Feature - post call defaults

I'd like to request that we can set the "post-call" defaults. 
Post call we have to click multiple times, because the settings are always different than what we want. 

For example, post call we have to select the call outcome (which is fine), but then for some reason the box to update phone number is always checked - so we have to uncheck that, and by default the selection to make this call to be the next scheduled activity is always checked so we have to manually check the box to "Create a New Activity". That's a lot of clicking simply to end a call. 

I would like to request: 
(1) that the update a phone number option become smarter - so that I'm not asked to update the phone number just because my number is formatted 222-444-1234, and pipedrive prefers +12224441234. 
(2) that we have the choice to set default post call to "Create a new activity" so we don't overwrite existing and necessary tasks by mistake.

    @Martin Boonzaayer thanks for sharing, I get your suggestion and I'll pass it along to our team working on the Caller feature in Pipedrive.

    We use JustCall and Pipedrive is adding the +1 into the area code like Martin mentioned.  The customer service peeps at PD have no work around for this.  I have to go in and change it each time.  :(  Or am I missing something?

    @Cynthia N. we built an automation in integromat which automatically fixes the phone number after pipedrive changes it. As I'm sure you are aware, in order for the integration with JustCall to work, the phone number has to be formatted properly, and Pipedrive "breaks it" everyt time they change the number. So the automation has really saved us a bunchof time.  By the way, I recommend Integromat - it was much easier to build this fix in integromat than in Zapier.

    Very valid posts, @Martin Boonzaayer . The outcomes of the phonecalls are one of the major KPI:s for successful sales. So if there was a good way to activate our cellphones to dial out and afterward choose the outcome (no answer, good dialogue, booked meeting, sale etc.) that would be great. And if we in the same after-call-box also could tick in something like "schedule next cal in 2 hours, tomorrow, in three days or something like that. We would have a super-efficient system!
