Integrating with Otter.ai

Hej

Is there any plans to integrate Otter.ai to Pipedrive ? as Salesforce ,HubSpot , etc. have done

    Hi @Kadrik , having a built-in integration with Otter.ai is not in the plans for the very near future, but I have moved your request to the Feedback category for visibility. If you’re an Otter.ai user, it is worth also passing on the feedback to their own developers, as it may be something they could build from their end.

    On a related note, Fireflies.ai is a similar tool who have already designed an integration and are offering it on our marketplace. You can find out more here.

    It seems redundant to copy notes and call recording links from AI notetakers like Fathom AI, Otterbox.ai, etc, from their platform to Pipedrive. It would be so much easier and streamlined if there was an app to handle this.

    Most have Zapier integration or webhooks and you can then integrate them using an automation tool like Relay.app, Make, Zapier.
