I am new to pipedrive and currently on a free trial to see if it will suit my needs. Once automation I am trying to set up is: when i add a new organization to pipedrive to set a reminder task to "onboard" that new organization. It seems like I can do this with a person but not an organization. Any advice would be great!

    Hello, you can easily create an automation for this. You won't find this in the automation templates, you will have to create an automation by clicking the + Automation button in green.

    Choose the Organization as the trigger…Organization Created

    and choose an Action as an activity to remind you….Create Activity

    So everytime you create an Organization it will automatically remind you.
