Web to Mobile calling

I have just upgraded my mobile to an Apple 15 Pro Max and running iOS 17.5.1 and the web to mobile caller feature is no longer working. The instructions are out of date on the PD help site and the Notifications screen looks nothing like what they are showing. Thi is what I currently see with no option to activate notifications.

When I select "Set up iOS Notifications" I get the second screen shot with no option.

    Hi @Travis Waycott,

    Can you try completely uninstalling the Pipedrive mobile app and then reinstalling it on your phone? I have seen a similar issue before and that seemed to correct the issue! Once you do this, the option to enable the notifications in your phone settings should appear!

    If this does not correct the issue, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team to report a technical issue as this is not expected. You can also follow the Troubleshooting steps outlined here. I hope this helps!
