Do PipeDrive Campigns work?

I just recently got access to PipeDrive campaigns and I am not sure if it is functioning properly. I started prospecting with a new list of leads that I have collected from my LOCAL area in person and it saying all of the emails have been delivered however I can only see people from my organization opening the email. I resent the Campaign the day after to see if it could've been a mistake however it is the same results. This is frustrating and I am going to try sending out the Campaign with MailChimp instead. Anyone else having this problem?

    @T4BARI Hey there, are you implying that out of the 61 / 62 Delivered emails. the 3.23% who opened are from your company?

    So are you concerned if it has been delivered to the contacts' Inbox ?

    Yeah I believe PipeDrive may be hitting the SPAM Folders

    Did you set up your campaigns properly? Do you have DMARC, DKIM set up on your campaigns?

    That being said, no doubt there is still a possibility that it still went to spam. It could also be your email content which contain spam words.

    FYI even with Mailchimp, there is a possibility that it can go to SPAM folder too.

    Of course, this is my experience transitioning from other platforms specifically to PipeDrive Campaigns. Thank you for suggesting that I could've been the issue! MailChimp definitely hasn't had this problem ever.
