Email tracking insights

Pipedrive is so powerful with the automations… the one area that is lacking is the email tracking analytic insights . I'd love to be able to have a report of email opens and clicks so I can make data-driven decisions. I don't think this exists. Right now, I can only see analytics by each individual email and it's great info, but, it's time consuming to look through. Is there anything in the pipeline for improving this feature?

    Hey, @ajw589!

    I believe these reports can help. Any emails sent or received using our Email Sync or Smart Bcc can be tracked in this report, so I suggest taking a look to see if these suit your needs.
