Functions in Automation

General math functions (date and numeric add/substract/multiply/divide) and mapping of data from other fields (like using tokens in emails) would make automation way more useful.

Without them, workflow automation tool in pipedrive is super basic and requires make and zapier for anything more complicated than sending out an email or creating a task when one specific condition is met.

Use cases:

add 1 year to a birthdate in a field

replace value in 1 field with a value from another field

concatenate a field value and a string to make it new value of a specific field

add x days to a date field value and save it in another field
