ERROR Message from my Automation: Invalid Data

Hi Community,

i am trying to figure out, what this Message means and how i can fix this error.
unfortunately i do not get any information where exactly the error comes from.

i create a new deal in a stage in my pipeline.
i get the data from my woocommerce shop with my make.com automation.
i create a person, an organisation and create deal details. all data coming from my woocommerce shop via make.com.
now i tried to map these fields to my Automation in pipedrive.
some data seems causing this error.

What i want to do with this automation in pipedrive: I would like to send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the inquiry.

can you please post a screenshot of the email body itself? and an example screen of the deal, ideally the one causing trouble?

Hello,

yes sure, i had to hide the deal details.

there is no email yet. i mean there has no email been sent due to the error.
in my very first test, the email body would have been "Test Test"
this did not worked and the same error occured.

Then i tried to replace the manually typed in text with some Pipedrive Modules, organisation adress e.g.

but i always get the same error.

this is what my automation looks like at the moment.

is the email account - the default one - properly set up?

what are the settings for the email step?

For me it seems like there is an issue with the data from the modul "Woo | Inquiry ID"
i created a deal in pipedrive manually without typing any data into the fields in the "Details" Section.
No Woo | Inquiry ID for example.
This Email has has been successfully sent.

I tried created a new test deal. this time in my woocommerce shop and let make.com do his work.
The deal has been created and the fields in pipedrive has been filled with data form my woocommerce shop.

this time the pipedrive automation did not work and has been canceled with the same error.

it seems like, every deal created by make.com causing an error.

if i create a deal manually in my pipedrive account. without typing any data into my "Woo | Fields"

the automation works.

When a deal is created by make.com, also with no data in my "Woo | Fields"

the automation does not work.

hmm, make might be saving an empty string in the field - try using a condition in make to not save anything if there's no value. the function is smth like ifempty
