Spoke to one of your CC reps, and none of the features I enquired about are there. Request you to look into these.

1. Mail Merge feature in PD
2. Schedule Send feature (this is now available in Gmail to send emails at a later date and time, but can't do so on PD)
3. CC'ing people while sending group emails

Pipedrive actually does have merge fields already when writing emails and using them for example in Email Templates: https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004479825-Email-Templates
