Hello…

I need to create a report where it only shows the Lead Prospects or any other stage after that.
I can only show one stage in "Leads", all the other stages have "Leads", "Leads Prospects", etc.
For example, I need to show in the report only the second-to-last stage, but what it shows in the report is all the stages before that. It only filters the last stage.

Thanks !

    Hey, @Ze_Garrido!

To create a report in Pipedrive that only shows specific stages, such as "Lead Prospects" or stages beyond that, you need to customize your report's filters.

For that, log in to your Pipedrive account and navigate to the "Reports" section from the main menu. Click on the "Add Report" button and choose the type of report you want to create, like Leads or Deals.

When configuring the report, focus on the stage criteria in the filter settings. Use the "Stage" filter to specify which stages you want to include. If you only want to show "Lead Prospects" or any specific stage, set the filter to include just that stage. For example, you can set a condition like "Stage is 'Lead Prospects.'"

If you want to exclude all stages before a certain stage and include only later stages, use a combination of conditions. For instance, if you want to show only "Lead Prospects" and later stages, you can set conditions to exclude earlier stages by using "Stage is 'Lead Prospects' OR Stage is 'Qualified Lead'" and so on.

Once you have set the filters to match your desired criteria, save the settings and generate the report. This way, you can create a report that only shows the specific stages you're interested in, without including all the previous stages.

    I hope this helps :)

When you say OR, its the Operator, correct ?

I'm in the Essential Plan, because I don't see the option for OR

Do I need the Pro Plan to do OR ?
