Hello

I have a suggestion: to be able to order the time line of a company or a contact according to the date on which a task was executed or scheduled, and not according to the date on which it was created. This would integrate old notes without breaking the timeline.

    Yes, I'll try ;)

    Sometimes I have to add old task on my time line  to archive an activity from the past. But when I add a task with an old time, the timeline sorts in the order of creation of the task and not on the date entered in the task planner.

    A second suggestion is to have the possibility to put the date of the achievement for a task and to get noticed in the timeline by a little sentence at the date of the achievement.

    Activities should show up in chronological order based on their due date and not on the date they were created. While they haven't been marked as done they will show up in a separate "Planned" section, but once they're marked as done they move to the "Done" section based on the same chronological criteria.

    There's also a reminder in the Sales Assistant for activities that are due that day, so you don't lose track.

    Ok I understand. But when I marked as done, I would like to choose the real date when I have done the activities. You see?

    @Anaël By default the system will assume that the date when the activity is marked as done is the date when it was actually done. However, if you wish to change that date you can do so by importing a spreadsheet with your list of activities and the desired date for "marked as done".
