There was a beta for "Shared Inbox" announced last October. Any word on the status of this as a releasable feature in Pipedrive? We either need this or have to start looking at an integration with a third-party app.

My company works with a general email account that handles all inbound and outbound emails. We also have our own personal email accounts. Is there a feature or option coming for a company email or team inbox that is separate from a personal email account to be managed in Pipedrive?

Any News about the shared Inbox?
This Feature has been asked since 2020. What about the Beta, is it still available, any results? any plans?
For us (were a software company as well), when x people ask about a feature than it will be implemented if it makes the product even better. For sure you can't implement everything customers asking for, but this is a must have for larger companies. Take a look at you're competitor F.......esk... Simple to use, just use a mail forward to the adress thats it, everybody can see the sales inbox :-)
So any news about it ? And iam not interessted paying extra fee for 3rd party tool.
Maybe i should start coding our own "shared inbox plugin" :-)

Hello, what is the status of this feature?
we migrate to office365/exchange online and on our old mailserver, we have an imap mailbox shared with multiple users and with pipedrive.
after migration to exchange online, there is no way to add an exchange online shared mailbox, because it's different from ordinary imap shared mailbox.
with imap you have:
- email adress
- login
- password
but with exchange online you have
- email adress
- password
and there is no way to tell to pipedrive to use a mailbox different from the email adress specified

it really sucks that microsoft is adding features to a major communications platform millions of people use , and then nobody cares
even apple osx mail does not yet support shared mailboxes. how ignorant. and no wonder that everybody is moving to outlook and outlook4web

Hello, this is fundamental to us.
During the Product Talk vol2 presentation from June 2023 it was mentioned that this was expected to be launched in Nov 2023. Any updates @Pipedriveadmin when this is expected to launch?
As the others, I'm willing to Beta test it and help with anything we can.

Pipedrive is an excellent tool, but I need it to sync with O365 shared mailboxes.

We tried Missiveapp.com, but it lacks the features that Outlook/O365 provides.

This is an older feature request, but I recently discovered that it has been abandoned once again. However, it is urgently needed by nearly all Pipedrive users. Therefore, I have created a new thread, and I hope that it will receive frequent upvotes.
Almost every company uses an info@, sales@, or maybe support@ address as a shared inbox. Thanks to the new "sync multiple email accounts" feature, you can easily sync these emails in Pipedrive. If multiple people are working on these emails, they can sync them to their own accounts. However, they are unable to see emails that others have worked with or archived. The new labeling function would also be useful, but if User A adds a label, User B does not have it synced to their account. Therefore, the multiple email sync functionality is currently ineffective for this purpose.
It would be great if Pipedrive goes all the way after doing the first step with the multiple email synch-feature.

We’re working on aggregating similar feedback for our product team’s visibility, so every use case that other members can share regarding the need for a shared inbox will help push this feature forward on the roadmap.

yes please, make work of this. My clients use M365 groups extensively, and being able to add the connected mailboxes as extra accounts would help a lot!

We have been struggling for months to get the shared inbox working effectively.
Can anyone recommend an integration on the market place that does this well.
We want to be able to have any user of the "shared inbox”:
- see the linked deal for each email;- see the email disappear when another user archives it;- see tags added to the email by any user.
We are hoping that one of the marketplace integrations has these features?Thanks, Peter

Hi @Peter_848, shared inbox capability is a popular request, and I’ll be sure to merge your feedback to the existing feature request thread for this. While a shared inbox is not coming out in the immediate future due to other competing priorities, we’re gathering more and more feedback that will help make this feature a reality at some point.

Hello @Manuel Oliveira , thanks for your comment. However, it is very disappointing that Pipedrive is not putting this as priority due to the number of requests and the considerable process improvement it would provide to your customers.
When you look at the new updates that are being launched, they all seem minor in comparison. We are seeing small updates in fields, filters, linkedin connections, some new automations, AI, etc… this is all nice, but I believe it would be more impactful to focus on the basics.
My team likes Pipedrive, but the lack of share inbox is causing information loss and waste of time. This has been going on for long time and in Pipedrive even presented this as a feature coming soon (in 2022). So, I hope this really comes soon as we already looking at other options.

One more vote, we really need for our team to see what other team members did in the shared inbox.
It is very challenging for us if I can't even see if the e-mails are read from another one.
Would save way more time for our team than another AI or whatever integration.
