Option to have info from Person and Organization be seen in the Deal feed
For the structure of some sales processes it can be important to see all data related to a deal in the activity log on the main page of a deal. Often a salesman will update a Person or Organization with some notes and it will be missed when reviewing the deal.
I understand that some PipeDrive users would prefer the current system but I would like to request the option to have it all bundled.
Anyone else able to benefit from this?

When one creates an Activity on a person-page or an organization-page, it is possible to associate that Activity with a Deal.
You're right, however, that a new Note is visible only on the page upon which it was created. A note on a Person/Contact page is only visible on that Person/Contact page. Same for Organization, and indeed also for Deal.
There might well be a good reason that Notes are not shared between Persons, Organizations and Deals... but I can't think of one!
I agree, it would be nice if it was at least an option to display a note in all three areas, or at least in the Deal of choice. Our customers often put information about their clients in a Person page. They may have more than one Deal, over time. It'd be nice to see appropriate person note in the correct Deal.

Thank you for exposing your use case so clearly. As we usually say, Deals, People and Organizations are independent items uim Pipedrive but they can be linked together in multiple combinations. That's why Notes only show up in the item they're directly created on.
That being said, I can see your point and how cross-referencing this might be of use to some users, so we've made sure your suggestion reaches our team for consideration.

I am confused though. If they are all separate items then why does the Organization page bring in all the information about the Deal and not vice-versa?

In the Organization you will also see Notes taken on Deals the Organization is linked to but not the other way around, as otherwise it might become an overwhelming amount of information that's not necessarily relevant to the Deal.

It might. For some users/companies.
For us it would be great.
I think this should be an option.
