Activities: Change Log & Comments

It would be great to have the functionality to comment on activities with the current status and have a log of all changes to an activity (created, completed, change of responsible person, rescheduling, delete). Currently we have to "log" alls status updates in the notes with manually entering the date and name of the user.

This is how Asana is handling this:
