Add "email sent" as a trigger for automations

The number of email ativities doesn't correspond with the number of sent emails. So when I prepare reports for my CEO (and when my team will do it for me in the future), the number of activity type:email is not relevant at all because it doesn't say anything.
So what would help (and I am convinced that so many people would appreciate this) is to be able to automatically create an activity after sending an email.

Currently the sending of emails is not a possible trigger for automations, but I would suggest creating an automation that works the other way around: when X happens, create an Email type of activity. When that activity is marked as done, send an email.
