Calendar and Email Workflow Tips and Tricks
Hi Folks,
I'm the CEO of our company but I also handle the vast majority of the deal negotiation and closing. I receive A LOT of emails which is non-related to Sales / Pipeline.
I currently have my O365 calendar which is syncing everything which looks odd in Pipedrive since I would prefer to be able to either setup the meeting in Pipedrive or be able to mark a meeting in my calendar as a sales meeting and have it appear in Pipedrive.
Same with my email, I currently sync only a single folder called Sales in my O365 but that only covers the inbound email, I'm currently bcc the pipedrive address for our account for any outbound email related to sales messages.
I've managed to trash my contacts completely (my fault) so I'm now syncing a contact group in outlook which I've never used before a feels kind of awkward.
What are other people using for their configuration and workflow that work a Sales and Non-Sales hybrid role that works for you?
