Hi

I want to import some users, and I'd like to be able to track them by creating a filter for that import.  Anyone got any ideas on how to do that?

Thanks in advance,

Claire

When you say "users" I assuming you mean prospects or customers? Or are you referring to Pipedrive users?

If the former, I've been looking at that a while ago - I was used to using "tags" when using a different CRM. In PD, I believe the best way would be to create a custom field and then use filtered lists for that object (deal, contact or org).

Sorry - I work in software so users is my default term.  Yes, I meant prospects or contacts.

    Thanks for answering.

When I was importing I didn't see the ability to create a new field and then add an entry for that field for everyone that was being imported.  I guess I could add it to the spreadsheet before importing, but is there a way to do that during the import?

Yeah, the way to do it is to create the field in Pipedrive, add the field column and values to the excel spreadsheet and then match them during import.

Eu gosto muito das Etiquetas, mas um campo personalizado tambem resolve, como Origem :D
