Get UK date format in webforms

We created a webform in PD which links to our "get a quote" form on our website. One of the fields is "departure date" and has to be completed in UK date format, for example 05/02/2025 - 5th February 2025.
However, when we receive the webform email notification from Pipedrive, it's always in this format 2025/02/05 and we don't know if this is 5th February or 2nd May.
Pipedrive - please change the format of how automated emails pull data from date fields
