Triggering an automation from a Campaign

The business case would be something like this:

1 - Campaign about a new product sent --> 2- when a person opens/clicks in the links of the mail --> 3- Automatically send a personalized mail engaging with him

Of course, this might be extremely intrusive but if you delay step 3 by a few days and that engagement mail has a neutral text (not mentioning that you know the person opened the mail), it could be a quite powerful automation!
