Handle shared inboxes in Sales Inbox - Make labels shared

We dearly want to ditch Zendesk and use Sales Inbox, but then realised it's not really a shared inbox experience because:

  1. Labels are not shared between users - if I label an email for DESIGN, the design team does not see that label in their inbox using the same email address.
  2. If I archive/delete an email in Sales Inbox, it does not drop out of view for the other users of that email.

Others have requested a full blown ticketing system which would be great, but if the labels were shared and the mail behaved like a normal IMAP account, then BINGO-BANGO, we've got a makeshift ticketing system!

    Yes, this is needed. We have two teams taking care of the sales inbox. Syncing labels and archive/ delete mails that then are also moved from the other team's inbox should be considered form the PD developers. Thanks for reading. Best regards, Wolfgang

    This is a very important missing functionality. Many of my client uses shared email inboxes like sales@, info@, support@ and it can not be handled by different users logging in to the same Pipedrive account. This have to be solved soon otherwise will the customers fins solutions outside Pipedrive and that would be a pity.
