Automations (and others) based on e-mail tracking

Being able to create an activity based on someone opening an e-mail or clicking a link would be very helpful. Sadly this is missing.

Being able to filter contacts based on recent e-mail openings would also give new insights, instead of checking individual mails.

The e-mail tracking is great but the functionality is very limited.

    These are very valid inputs, thank you! Right now we are working to include reports about tracked emails into Insights, so stay tuned for news about that.

    We do get the suggestion to have email tracking/link tracking work as triggers for our automations, so I've forwarded your feedback internally for consideration.

    While we don't have that, have you tried out Mailigen, which we've recently acquired? It's an email marketing platform that reports on email tracking and lets you create automations based on that. Create your free account here and see what you think. We're working to make it flow seamlessly with Pipedrive right now, so more news on that in the future. 🚀

    @Marketing Globis Update: I just heard back from our team and it's in our plans to have email tracking as follow-up actions in our Automations (e.g. Deal moved to stage X, send email, wait 3 days, and check if the email was opened, if yes, send another email).

    Hi Inés! What about this feature? Is it working right now?

     

    I need to send an email IF the email before was not open (or replied, this will be even better). Is this possible?
