Setting goals for activities
When setting a goal for activities completed, is it possible to include activities from Leads? Or only from the Pipelines?

At the moment unfortunately not, but we are still developing and expanding both the Leads and the Insights feature, so expect good news. Goals will definitely be part of Insights and I'm going to double-check with the team about including lead activities in them and will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.

Hi @Grace Brown ! Activities linked to Leads will be accounted for in Goals and Insights if you choose "No Specific Pipeline" when creating that Goal. See the example below:
