Activity Prioritization QuickView

Is there any way either now or in upcoming updates to Pipedrive to designate an activity with a High Priority? Sometimes when looking into the Calendar view of Activities, it just becomes a sea of boxes and times with the iconography of the specific activity type you scheduled for yourself or were assigned (email, call, meeting, etc.), but nothing that denotes what would be more urgent to complete ahead of others. Something to consider.

Hi @Mark Lopez , thanks for your input!

Pipedrive is designed around the concept that the urgency of an activity is reflected in its due date, but I see that you'd like to incrementally use some other type of system or flagging - a visual one.

I would suggest creating a custom type of activity that you use for those cases - that way you can even filter them out from less urgent ones. Would that work for you? Tell us a bit more about how you imagine it would ideally work.

I agree with Mark. We can have a list of all activities due "today", but it would be nice to prioritize all of today's activities. That might be a column with "High, Med, Low" priority, or "A, B, C" priority, or "1, 2, 3" priority. We could either sort or filter on what we want to see.
