Conditional fields

It would be great to implement "conditional" fields.
For example saying : if I have this field (default or custom) with this value then open a new field to complete or make a field mandatory. ;)

Yes.
For a field with "Single Option" pick list, the selected value drives the Options shown in a linked/dependent field.
Example:
Field "Industry" with options like Finance, Healthcare, Education
Dependent field "Industry-Sub Category" with different options. If Healthcare is selected in "Industry" options displayed in "Industry-Sub Category" are Hospital, Clinic, Doctor office, Dentist office, etc. If Finance is selected in "Industry" different options are shown

Completely agree and waiting for some time. I hope it is on the implementation block for the immediate future.

Feel the same. I feel there are areas where it would take this product to new heights but it overlooked for areas that do not appeal to vast small business. Still waiting for a Client Portal and other suggestions that for years have been ignored….:-(

yes this is a basic for crm but seems they have ignored for several years, not getting my hopes up. will migrate to salesforce as we grow to get more sophisticated functionality i suppose
