Mobile app support for email template formatting and attachments

Hi Pipedrive team

Currently the Pipedrive mobile app does not support formatting or attachments with the email templates:

1. Formatting: Even such simple things as paragraph breaks and dot point lists are lost, as well as any bold emphasis. The text is displayed as one large jumble of a paragraph; and
2. Attachments: The attachments that are included in the templates are not included in the email, when using the mobile app.

Here's a copy and paste of a support chat message from Bárbara on the Pipedrive team:

"Our engineers have clarified that unfortunately, email templates and emails themselves have relatively limited support on the mobile app. In that sense email attachments in email templates are not supported currently."

For our team, this means the mobile app is of very little use, because our sales process uses email templates at every stage, and the formatting (obviously) and attachments on these emails templates are important.

This is an example of another feature where Pipedrive can add a lot of value to users by improving features that are currently incomplete or partial, rather than add news features such as AI tools which are novelty widgets really.

Please fix this email templates issue in the mobile app.
