Active Email Account Syncs

How does the Active Email Account Sync work? We are on the Power plan and would like to know if we can allocate an account to the Marketing Department and then setup 3 active email accounts for the 3 x people in the marketing department? Would that be possible or is this not the way it should be used?

Hi @Laetitia Mare , Pipedrive’s email sync allows each user on your Pipedrive company to sync one email account to their Pipedrive account and inbox. You can find the steps to set it up here.
