Hi team!

I´m trying to create a Projects report but it´s not possible, and also I´ve tryed creating a organizations report that shows all related projects but it´s not possible as well.

Any suggestions? The idea is to know how many projects we´ve per organization.

Thanks!

I am a recently new Pipedrive user, and I would also appreciate any help creating reports.

    Hey, @Samantha Dreszman and @MSA!

To generate a report that shows how many projects you have per organization, you can use custom fields and filters to track and report this information.

Start by creating a custom field for organizations and name it "Number of Projects." This field will be used to manually track the number of projects associated with each organization, and then each time you create a new project, update the corresponding organization's "Number of Projects" custom field.

Next, create a filter to view this information easily, using the custom field "Number of Projects" in this filter to display the relevant data. Finally, you can generate a report based on this filtered view by exporting the filtered list of organizations to a spreadsheet, where you can analyze the data to see the number of projects per organization.

That said, I understand this is not perfect, as in involved some manual work. To overcome this, integrations like Zapier or Integromat can help you with updating custom fields in the organization every time a new project is created.

Lastly, custom reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI could also help.

Workarounds aside, thank you for bringing this need to our attention. I have added this feedback internally so that it can be considered in future improvements.
