Send Message / Instructions with Test Emails

Having moved from Mailchimp to Pipedrive campaigns, I am really missing the feature that allows you to send a short message or instructions with test emails.

Many campaigns I create need to go to various individuals across my organisation and it is tedious to send a test email, and then a regular email saying I have sent them a test email, have they received it, what it is about, what feedback I would like etc.

    I would like to add that I have tried to send myself a test email and forward it on with a message from me however it often appears strange when forwarded.
