Best app for getting emails based on Linkedin profile, and easily importing the data into PD?

I was using Surfe (because it's really easy to add contacts as a Lead in PD), but then Linkedin flagged my account…I'd use Apollo.io, but it doesn't have a PD integration, so I'd have to do some fancy Zapier work.
What are you using to perform this?
