Currently, pipedrive helps with seeing when an email is opened. I would love if this feature was improved upon. Other software can tell me who opens the email and at what time. On emails with more than 1 people on it this can be a huge help. As it is now, if anyone opens the email, including myself, it is shown that somebody opened it. This can be confusing as I do not know who opened it and when.

    @Manuel Oliveira Also, Microsoft and Google open all emails one time to be sure they do not contain something wrongful. So it could be great if you subtract or inform us if that's the case. The same goes for a feature in Campaign.
