Email Tracking Not working as expected

Email tracking is kind of messed it, it even shows as opened if I see the email sent inside deal, I don't really understand it.

The tracking should be excluded from someone who is sending the email.

When I open tracked emails in pipedrive they do not show as opened.

If I open on my phone it triggers it.

There's no real way to track emails other than inserting a small image pixel that is tracked when the image is loaded by the recipient. So when my phone's email client loads the image it also triggers it.

So if a recipient has images set not to load they won't trigger the tracking either.

That's been my experience of using this feature for a few years.
