How can I add Buttons in the Lead Detail-view which trigger template-notes + Follow-up 2 days later?

Hi,

we do a lot of cold calling and most calls require the same notes and follow-ups. It would be great to automatically set those Notes and then automatically book an activity 2 days later by clicking a button

For example:

Customer states that the right contact person is not available right now. Now we click on the new button and a note is added to the Lead: "Right contact person is not available" and also a follow up 2 days later is scheduled.

Another example would be: Nobody picks up the phone… We click the new button, a different note is added to the lead and an activity is booked 2 hours later.

With that, our employees could dial, click the button and move on to the next prospect within 10 seconds without having to type anything. Some Youtuber already did it but he didnt provide info on how to configurate pipedrive like that.

    Hi @Uwe Hager,

    Here's an idea: you can add a custom single option field in your lead, perhaps named "Lead Status" (or any other name that fits your business). The options could include things like "Right contact person is not available," "Nobody picks up the phone," and so on.

    With this custom field, you can set up a trigger for automation in Pipedrive. The action could be to create a follow-up task or anything else you need.
