Can I create an automation for when tracked emails are read a certain number of times?

I'd like to create an automation to send a follow-up email after an initial outreach email has been opened three to four times. Is this possible? If so, can I get pointed to an artical or video that can explain how to do so?

    I can only see that it can be triggered from a link being clicked in the email or they have replied to the email, not if it has been opened sadly!
