Getting a Mail when a deal is minimum one day (24h) without an new activity

Hi!
May you can help me to build a simple workflow that send to an creator of a deal an automatic mail when an OPEN Deal hasnt got a new activity for 24h?

Hey, @Christian Printing!

To make this happen, you need to setup a trigger for this automation, which would be the manual event that would define the beginning of the 24-hours counting. If you want the trigger to happen within a deal, you can use "deal created" or "deal updated", for example.

Once you have a trigger, you will have to insert a delay in your automation and the action, which should look like this:

I build it same like you but seems not to work… I change timer to "1 hour" that i can test if it works after some hours, then a lot of time nothing happen, then 4 mails comes all 10min… so what is wrong on this workflow?

Seems that there is not a clear automatism.

Ok, we fixed ourselves. We use "Upcoming activity Deal is 0" before delay and same after delay to check if it changes. Then the automatism seems to work :-)!

Same we want to check in Projects. So we want to get an alert when a project have no future activity. Is there any chance to get this? I doesnt found "Upcoming activity Deal Count" in Projects like in Deals…
