The import function is not importing ALL the fields from the excel spreadsheet. Custom fields are setup and mandatory fields are in? Please recommend a EXTERNAL service provider that will support with function. Greater Cleveland, Ohio.

    Hello,

    Most of the discrepancies with import happen while mapping, and the best way to prevent this would be to update the Column Titles so that they specify which field the value in the column should be added. For example, if you want to add organisation name and address, renaming the columns in the file to "Organisation - Name" and "Organisation - Address", respectively, will help to a great extent to prevent mapping issues.
