Voice notes in Web/ Desktop version

We really enjoy the Pipedrive app feature to record voice notes and transcript them.
This feature would be even greater, if we could also use it in the Webversion. Meaning on the one hand to record voice notes as well from the laptop and secondly to be able to play the voice note as well inside Pipedrive. As of now the voice notes are saved as a .m4a file and this we need to download to play.
