Would people find it help to sort sent emails by number of times they were opened? I would like to reach out to those who open multiple times because they are most likely to engage. Thoughts?

I can't see why it wouldn't hurt to have that option.

Great Idea! Right now the only way to see email opens is in the sidebar

Hi @JP Doisneau so you mean a filter in your email inbox?

The founders of Basecamp have launched a crusade against businesses tracking email opens and clicks.

Besides, email opens is not a good metric. People who browse through their inbox (next, previous, etc.) inadvertently open an email many times unintentionally. If at all anything, time spent while an email is open is a better metric. Also, email clicks is a much better metric to track.

When I open the "sent" mail in pipedrive it shows the eyeball that is dark when someone has opened the email. It also shows how many times it was opened.

It would be awesome to sort the emails by # of times opened in descending order.

Just be careful on this one. If you cc people in your own company and they open the email, it counts as an "open" as well. I've had it more than once that I was super enthusiastic about 10 opens - only to find it was our internal team that took care of the majority of those.

Thanks, I'll pass on the feedback. What @Amit Sarda says down here sounds like solid advice as well. There might be some interesting tools for you in our Marketplace. In case you for example send documents then GetAccept is a good one to take a look at since they track your document opening and reading time per page, etc..

I would love to have this ability. I agree with the topic starter that being able to filter and sort by number of opens would help us with identifying who to call first.
