Names displaying incorrectly after Zapier automation

Can anyone help? I've created an automated process going from a Squarespace form that creates a person in Pipedrive, creates a Deal in Pipedrive and then sends an automated email. It all works perfectly to the customer but for both the person and deal in Pipedrive the name doesn't display as normal i.e. John Smith but as {First=John, Last=Smith}. What am I doing wrong as it is clearly pulling something in an incorrect way! Thanks for your help.
