Hi Pipedrive,

It would be extremely helpful if the fields from the project area were available alongside those from deals, people, organisations, activities, and products when creating a filter.

    Hi @Angie,

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback, unfortunately at the moment this is a limitation but I would be happy to pass this along internally!

Additionally, feel free to share this in the Ideas and Product Feedback section of the Community so other users can upvote your suggestion! Thank you!

I agree, this would be a really useful feature to have please. We use our projects boards for existing clients and we often want to remove them from mailing lists we're creating for marketing campaigns using the people, deals and organisation filters. But the only way we can remove them at the moment is by adding a label to the deal.

It would be much easier and better if we could simply filter out anyone who appears on a projects board / has an open project.

Hi everyone and happy new year,

I would like to be able to create filters in order to know how many projects are linked to a deal and/or organisation.

I cannot seem to be able to do it for now.

    Thank you for your feedback

    Hello @Fanny_Rehel,

I hope you are doing well today!

You will need to go the Projects view, and make the following filter:

This will give you a list of all the projects that are linked to deals. You can do the same, but for organizations and even for both by having two conditions instead of one. I hope this helps :)

    Hi Helio,

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to further precise my filters similar to what can be done to a deal filter

I am looking to know how many projects are linked to a specific deal :)

    Thank you in advance!

I see! There are a couple of different ways you can achieve this:

    1. You can open a specific deal, and on the left sidebar, you'll find a Projects section showing all the projects linked to that deal. The same applies to organizations. Here's an example of how it looks: screenshot.
    2. If you'd prefer to use filters, you can filter by the deal name to view the associated projects. Here's an example of how that works: screenshot. Similarly, for organizations, you can filter to view projects linked to a specific organization.

    I hope this helps :)

Hi @Helio are there any plans to make projects available in filters for contacts, orgs and deals?

I also could really use this feature.
