Email Duplication
We are having issues with emails in a contact view duplicating. This seems to be when two or more Pipedrive users are copied into the email, but isn't happening consistently.
Does anyone know what the root cause of this is, and how to overcome it?

Hi Axel,
The duplication may be related to emails with multiple "Display Name" formats.
For example:
John Henry Doe <john.doe@acme.com>
John Doe <john.doe@acme.com>Are not recognized as the same email, thus causing duplication of emails and activities in PipeDrive.
