Email Duplication

We are having issues with emails in a contact view duplicating. This seems to be when two or more Pipedrive users are copied into the email, but isn't happening consistently.

Does anyone know what the root cause of this is, and how to overcome it?

    I have the same issue. And it happens consistently.

    Hi @StephenC ,

    Could you send a screenshot please ?

    It may be because you exist as a Contact in the CRM, with your own email address. Try deleting your own email from your own contact item

    It's happens when I cc: other Pipedrive users in my company in the email or in the meeting invitation.

    Hi Axel,

    The duplication may be related to emails with multiple "Display Name" formats.

    For example:

    John Henry Doe <john.doe@acme.com>
    John Doe <john.doe@acme.com>

    Are not recognized as the same email, thus causing duplication of emails and activities in PipeDrive.

    Can you help?
