Is it possible to create a general signature for every user?

I would like to create a general template for a signature in Pipedrive where every employee only has to change their name and title and phone number. The Pipedrive email tool is also unable to fully put in the signature we use due to the limited editing options (font, font size, tables) etc.. I would love to have more options

    Hi @Sidney1099 each user can have up to 10 different signatures of their own, but it is not possible to have a general signature that applies to everyone on your team automatically. You could however create a template for a signature outside of Pipedrive, and have your team add it to their signatures in Pipedrive.
