Include "Emails Sent" In "Last Activity Date" column
I don't know why but emails sent from within Pipedrive, which are one of the main activities a sales rep can do to move a deal forward, are not counted as an 'activity' on the deals listed in Pipedrive and do not update the "Last Activity Date" column in Pipedrive. Having emails count as activities would be a major help for sales reps to see when the last contact was, if it was an email. Currently, only calls and texts count as activities in the "Last Activity Date" column. This would be very helpful to update. Thank you. 😊

I agree with this @Manuel Oliveira. I'm a HubSpot power user but the new company I am working for is looking for a more cost-effective solution (and I agree with that). I am testing out Pipedrive for us with the trial version now. I like what I see so far.
HubSpot does count emails as an activity as well as many other options.
Another addition to expanding your activity sources would be to allow the ability to create custom activity options.
