Template feature for follow ups
I have a request for the email templates.
At this moment i send once per month a client per mail an overview of his "Open deals".
Our clients can have several open deals, that i want to follow up by mail.
To do this i go to the client, contact person en export the Open deals on that contact. I edit the Excel en copy paste this in an email.
For example:
Hello [name contact person deal]
Im checking if you have an update for me about the fowling deals that are open and on your name.
[Project name] - [Value] - [Contactperson Deal] - [Status]
[Project name] - [Value] - [Contactperson Deal] - [Status]
[Project name] - [Value] - [Contactperson Deal] - [Status]
[Project name] - [Value] - [Contactperson Deal] - [Status]
etc..
Is this possible as a new feature?
Next step would be to automate this ;-)
I think that a lot of users would benefit from this feature.
