Hi, Pipedrivers!

Are we able to when the task (activity) is update or created do an condition or an action in the same automation ?

I want to avoid duplicating my work.

Ex: If an activity is updated and contains the word: CLUB, then update all these fields.

AND if an activity is created and contain the word: CLUB, then…same thing.

    Hello David,

    Since the trigger of the automation has to specific, and the logic of how the automation would work is based on it (added or updated or deleted) we would need distinct automations for each actions and we do not have a workaround for it yet.
