Fix Horizontal Scrollbar in Firefox

Mozilla Firefox is my browser of choice and the horizontal scroll bar is very challenging to use especially in large tables like People. The scroll bar is about 3px high which makes in almost impossible to select. The scroll bar in Chrome is fine but it would be great to use my preferred browser.

    Thank you for your valuable feedback. I wanted to add, since scroll bars are browser-specific we are not sure the extent to which we will have control over but we will bring this to the product team to investigate the possibilities here.
